Jan Cobb,  is a licensed real estate professional with Bellator Real Estate and a proud member of The Stradley Team, which brings over 40 years of combined experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and all of Baldwin County.

With more than 25 years of property management experience, Jan has developed strong negotiation, client service, and problem-solving skills. She previously managed the largest condominium community in New Orleans for over a decade, where she gained valuable insight into property operations and market dynamics. These experiences inspired her transition into full-time real estate, where she continues to guide clients with professionalism and care.

Licensed in both Alabama and Louisiana, Jan earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation in 2025, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, she and her husband—her high school sweetheart of more than 35 years—fulfilled their dream of relocating to the Gulf Coast.

When not assisting clients, Jan enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, her dogs, and soaking up the coastal lifestyle she loves helping others discover.
